This is the only way a team can grow. Just like an "octopus" with various tentacles that cover different areas in different ways, thus making the team more complete, united and dynamic and with a shared vision and goal for growth and success. The real estate business is not an exception. The number of real estate agencies is growing day by day. With the increase in the demand for houses and an increase in property prices, there is a greater need for help on the part of buyers and sellers in terms of administration and documentation. Although the commercial consultant is the most recognised "face" of an agency, there is a whole team behind him or her that leads to the success of the agency and the team. So what does an administrative assistant do in a real estate agency? What are his or her functions and what added values do they bring to the closing of a deal? The role of an administrative assistant comes with a great deal of responsibility, because they have the role of ensuring that what was agreed in the contract is guaranteed and fulfilled. However administrative work is much more than this, the administration team is responsible for welcoming both the customers who come into the shop and the sales consultants, they are your right-hand men and women. The administration team are the ones who listen to grievances, laments and who encourage them to keep going even when it my feel like all is lost. They help with making sure properties are presented well online, in carrying out market studies and are responsible for the shop windows and for organising all the dynamics of the agency. If administrative assistants act as the consultants´ right hand, then they are they are at the left hand of the brokers or directors of the shops because they are undoubtedly the people who are trusted to some of the highest degrees. In most agencies real estate consultants are freelancers, which means that the bond between them and the brand is not always as strong as it is with the full time team. All in all, you can say that administrative assistants have a number of roles: they act as a process manager, shop manager, psychologist, motivational speaker, public relations officer, and receptionist and represent the company by email and phone. The administration team is undoubtedly one of the pillars for the success of a real estate agency and can be the factor that makes the biggest difference among different real estate agencies and brands.
